Stage 1 - concept
A collaborative ideation process that creates a porous material component based on our customer’s individual technical and commercial requirements. Fit, form, and functional parameters are carefully considered. In today’s fast pace of product development cycles, time is of the essence, making it critical to get it right the first time.
stage 2 - prototyping
Bio-Pore’s inexpensive, rapid turnaround prototype tooling creates a functional porous material component for your project. Prototyping provides an opportunity to test new design iterations, evaluate and optimize material selection, and quickly adjust to changes based upon customer feedback. Our prototype development process turns your new product idea into a reality.
stage 3 - production launch
It’s go time! Bio-Pore’s production tooling platform is easily scalable to high volumes and designed to hold tight tolerances. Production ramp-up activities are closely coordinated with our customers to ensure a successful product launch.
